Elure Beta Program Agreement

Thank you for joining the Elure Founding Beta.

By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that Elure is a pre-release product. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve the platform before public launch.

Elure is currently in beta.

As a beta participant, you understand that:

• Features may change, be improved, or be removed.
• Bugs or unexpected behavior may occur.
• Performance may vary.
• New functionality may be introduced during the beta period.

Participation in the Elure Founding Beta is voluntary.

You may leave the beta at any time by deleting your account.

Elure reserves the right to suspend or remove beta access if necessary.

Your feedback is one of the most valuable parts of this beta.

By submitting ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or bug reports, you grant Elure permission to use that feedback to improve the platform without compensation or ownership claims.

Some features available during beta may not yet be publicly released.

Unless otherwise authorized, please avoid publicly sharing unreleased features, screenshots, or internal discussions.

This does not prevent you from sharing your experience using public beta features or participating in approved UGC collaborations.

You are responsible for the information you upload to Elure.

Please avoid uploading sensitive information that is not necessary for operating your business.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the content you upload to Elure, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, branding assets, and other materials.

By uploading content to Elure, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and upload it.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
• You grant Elure permission to securely store, process, display, and use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Elure platform and its features.

Elure does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You retain ownership of your content at all times, subject only to the limited rights necessary for Elure to operate and provide its services.

Some beta participants may be invited to participate in paid UGC collaborations.

Participation in the beta does not guarantee selection or compensation.

You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings.

Deleted accounts enter a grace period before permanent removal.

The beta is provided "as is."

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period.
