• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
• Access accounts belonging to other users.
• Reverse engineer or copy the software.

You retain ownership of the information and content you upload to Elure.

By using Elure, you grant Elure permission to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for the content you upload to Elure, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, branding assets, and other materials.

By uploading content to Elure, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and upload it.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
• You grant Elure permission to securely store, process, display, and use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Elure platform and its features.

Elure does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You retain ownership of your content at all times, subject only to the limited rights necessary for Elure to operate and provide its services.

Elure, including its software, branding, logos, designs, content, and website, is the property of Elure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Elure's intellectual property.

Certain features of Elure may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing, and renewal information will be provided before purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Elure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

We strive to provide a reliable platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Elure after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
